Korca Beer Innovation Technology is an accelerator that aims to upgrade the technology used by breweries throughout North America. As a laboratory, it operates its own brewery based on the Albanian brand Birra Korça, in order to collect data and experiment with new production methods. Its mission is to reduce barriers to entry by providing training, networking and access to cutting-edge brewing technology.
